Pleon Place Residence: Small but Wonderful

This is a brand new hotel located in Soi 1, Pattaya North, very close to both Central Mariana Mall and Terminal 21 on your left and Pattaya beach on your right. It has a small reception and a small indoor lounge. Deluxe rooms are located on 7th floor, overlooking Terminal 21 from the room window. The room is standard in size,with a large window and a balcony. It is equipped with a microwave, tea/coffer maker (tea and coffee provided) and medium size fridge, a large TV and a table with two chairs. There is no swimming pool in the hotel and no restaurant. This is a non-smoking hotel and smoke detectors are fixed in very corner of the hotel. Wifi is available in all rooms as well as in the lounge. Most of the residents of the hotel are South Asians (Koreans, Japanese and Chinese). The rooms can be rented on both daily and monthly basis. The guys at the reception are wonderful and very helpful especially the young man Kiat who will do his best to bring comfort to travellers. I strong recommend this hotel to solo as well travellers with family.

been to pattaya many times and this is the first hotel to let me check in early,around 12.00.staff very good.it is showing its age but whats important to me is that its quiet of a night and that is very rare in pattaya,loads of tv channels and ac was super cold.

I’ve stayed at Ploen Place multiple times now when I’m pattaya and it’s a great choice. Always clean, staff are great and the location is close enough to the main attractions of Pattaya whilst still being nice and quiet if you want to get an early night. The rooms are quite basic but are great value for the price. I’ll sure be staying here again.

I stayed 3 nights in a 2 bedroom suite at Ploen Place. Very happy as the 2 rooms are large solid and comfortable in every way with a Kitchen, bath and living room. Cleaned daily and overall happy staff that are very warm & welcoming on arrival & throughout my stay. Great understanding of English language which helps people like myself who know very little Thai. Living room has a flat screen TV with English channels, air conditioner in each room worked excellent, a refrigerator, a safe, a desk, wardrobe, and a sofa and chairs, kitchen table and chairs. Everything works well. Big bathroom with plentiful hot water, complimentary drinking water, tea and coffee. Downside is no on site restaurant or bar but plenty of establishments are close by.

I stayed here for 16 nights, the room was clean, there is a fridge kettle and microwave in the room housekeeping changed the beds and towels everyday and fresh water was put in the fridge and coffee and tea bags were replenished each day. Housekeeping work till 5pm so if you like a lie in, just let reception know when you go out and your room will be cleaned for you, Was in a great location on soi 1. And the hotel staff could not have been more helpful I will deffently stay here again on my next trip to pattaya
